When 100 resourced people organize, the possibilities are limitless. These are the kinds of projects ODC will build.
ODC isn't just about monthly revenue share. Community projects are voted on by members, funded by the collective, and operated for everyone's benefit. This is what economic power looks like in action.
The following are examples of the types of projects ODC will vote on as the collective fund grows. Active projects will be posted here and announced on Sunday Zoom.
A physical space owned by ODC โ available for meetings, recording, podcasting, and events. Members get priority access and discounted rates.
A member-operated catering, restaurant, or food truck funded by the collective. Revenue flows back into the fund and adds to every member's monthly share.
Podcast studio, YouTube channel, and content production. Revenue from sponsorships and views contributes to the fund.
Pooling resources to acquire rental properties or commercial real estate. Monthly rental income distributes to the collective fund.
Scholarships, certifications, and skill-building programs funded by ODC for members and their families.
ODC invests in member-owned businesses through micro-grants. Members who succeed bring revenue back to the fund โ we invest in each other.
Any active member can propose a community project. Bring it to Sunday Zoom or email Troy directly.
